23.01.2022 Interesting, guys ever wondered why our ladies like jewellery?

22.01.2022 Many client's ask us about having their family crest made into jewellery. Mostly a signet ring, but more commonly we have made earrings, pendants, cufflinks and even a dog tag. We start with the family crest, many of which have developed and changed over the years, so we sit together and agree all the important details then reproduce it digitally. Many of the details are too small to appear clearly once transferred to a small jewellery space so editing is required, it's not a... question of trying to copy the crest but interpret it so that all the details appear in the new design. After that we either design the jewellery around it for family pieces, or for something unique we work closely with a very skilled hand engraver. With hand carving, the details are copied in the time old tradition and as there are very few of these highly talented engravers around today, we are very fortunate to have him as part of our team. Here's two we have done recently, the first one shows the process from researching the crest, simplifying and then incorporating it onto a signet ring. The second was hand engraved, copied from the impression made by an existing family ring. See more

We are closed over the Easter weekend, but we will be back on Wednesday, picking up and dropping off repairs and jewellery in Rose Bay and the surrounding areas. 13.01.2022 Small shops and workshops are still required to be open. The PM says that anyone with a job is an essental worker to keep the economy going. We have changed our roster for safety, and are only allowing one client at a time. Most of our services are now same day service.
