16.01.2022 Coming up this Saturday, 14th October! Fabulous food and matching wine! Full four course dinner and a full vegetarian menu is also available. We still have tickets available for what should be a really great night. Hope to see some of our wonderful customers there . We'll be serving our usual all-day-breakfast, wonderful lunches, delicious homemade cake, milkshakes, tea and fabulous coffee! I know I know, it's too generous, but it's Christmas and we will be closed till the 3rd of January, and I shouldn't eat that much cake. 04.01.2022 So one of our lovely customers, Marion, comes into Wild Wood Kitchen one day, as she and Colin often do, and mentions that she loves lasagne but doesn't cook it herself often. I haven't made lasagne for ages, so I ofter to show her my method and the next day we make it together. Thanks to Marion, it's now a Wild Wood special and served with salad for $16. It's also available to take home by itself for $12, heating instructions supplied. Why not come in and try it and maybe ta...ke some home for dinner or lunch during the week? And if lasagne's not your thing, but you would like to suggest something for the menu, or for our take home meal range, put in a comment here, or come in and chat. 04.01.2022 Yes we are back!!! After a much needed break over Christmas we are back into it with smoked salmon on summer herb blini's for only $17, perfect for breakfast or lunch. Santa has been very good to me this year, with new embroidered Wild Wood Kitchen aprons, resanded and stained outside tables and Ray Ban sunglasses that the amazing Kiri found washed up on the beach with seaweed growing on them!!... 02.01.2022 Psssssttttt!!! We're opening the doors tomorrow from 4pm-5.30pm, as a special Halloween treat, for our littlest customers! We're going to be offering treats for our local little Trick or Treaters, plus running a spooky cookie decorating session (and we'll have the coffee machine on for the adults )! The kids will get to decorate a couple of cookies to take home (which we'll have to cook before collection) for the cost of $5 for 1 child, $8 for 2 children and $10 for 3 children (parental supervision required). Chris is going to dress up, so feel free to join in! Hope to see some of our lovely locals tomorrow! And thanks to Isobel for the artwork !
