09.01.2022 Thanks so much to all the musicians and supporters who have come together to make our 2019 Youth In Music Scholarship & Grant program a reality! Tomorrow after...noon we'll hand over 18 scholarships totaling over $7000 in fundraising to promising young musicians from Sunbury and the Macedon Ranges. We couldn't have done it without your support. Also a big thanks to the Gisborne Community Branch of the Bendigo Bank for their community grant, which has gone a long way to increase our scholarship abilities this year! A shout out as well to the Victoria Hotel, Woodend and the Macedon Railway Hotel who have hosted our events throughout the year. Our Youth In Music Showcase and scholarship presentations are on tomorrow afternoon (Sunday Oct 20th) at the Victoria Hotel in Woodend. Music starts at 12:30pm and we'll present the scholarships and grants at about 3pm. Come and join us! Adults are $10 at the door or in advance (https://www.trybooking.com/BFYKT). Kids & students always free! Thanks again to everyone for their support of the not-for-profit community music efforts of the MRMC!
