23.01.2022 This customer got his money’s worth out of these kingpins. You might have to blow the photo up to see. Amazingly there wasn’t any movement when checked. The thrust bearing had collapsed so stripped it down only to find the dried up grease and dirt was hiding the wear. Admittedly this vehicle had been sitting around for a few years.

17.01.2022 This was an interesting job. An Isuzu chassis heavily corroded due to a life as a concrete truck and wouldn’t pass a change of ownership inspection. So the fix was to dismantle the driveline and cut the chassis off. A donor chassis was sourced and grafted back on. A new insert rail was fitted and the whole chassis given a fresh coat of 2 pack in the new owner’s colour. All engineered for compliance.
