18.01.2022 Hello beautiful people It's been a little while! sending you all so much gratitude! There are a lot of new faces here on insta, thank you for being here why have we been quiet? Well, we have been waiting on our Solomon Islands cacao beans to arrive, and a couple of days ago, they did !! Yay! So at this very moment a batch of ceremonial cacao is in the stone grinder. We are also playing with ideas to build a fully self-contained, solar powered cacao workshop! . We live off grid here in Tassie (and are currently running a pop up cafe/renting a commercial kitchen to be able to make beautiful ceremonial cacao & bean to bar chocolate for you all) I am sitting here with my cacao, manifesting dreams on this beautiful winters day. Anything is possible have a beautiful day everyone x

08.01.2022 Ceremonial Cacao has been life-changing for Sepp and I - among it's many positive qualities, it helped us easily and gently quit coffee around 6 months ago! No more headaches, cravings or afternoon coffee crash! Just pure, gentle high-vibe energy I have gone about a month without cacao since our stone grinder needed repairs, and unlike coffee, I can tell you that you don't get any withdrawal/symptoms of addiction when you don't drink it. (You just miss it cause it's sooo damn yummy & heart warming!) Thank you Cacao, what a magic food ~~~ #cacao #ceremonialcacao #superfood #organic #heartfood #vegan #theobromine #hotchocolate #hotcacao #love

06.01.2022 It's been raining for three full days and to see & feel the sunshine today is bliss. Our garden is thriving, we just put some tomato seedlings in - and I'm dreaming of those summer days, picking berries & fruits from the garden

06.01.2022 I just finished off a little batch of these delightfully crunchy & caramelly roast Almond & Fig bars I'll will post them up on the website as soon as my biodegradable sleeves arrive. In the meantime, I will hide them from Sepp & Koa so there are some left for you all when the packaging arrives! Hehe have a beautiful day. Paula X

01.01.2022 Making chocolate & ceremonial cacao from the very start of the process is so rewarding. This is a photo of whole cacao beans (after we have removed the husk). The ceremonial cacao we make is made from 100% what you see in that jar! Pure, organic, sustainably grown cacao beans. To know exactly where & how this cacao has been grown, and who by, fuels our passion to create the most pure and high quality ceremonial cacao & chocolate. The farmers & theirs families in the Solomon Islands do such a beautiful job growing, harvesting and fermenting the beans. We are so grateful that we are able to get our cacao directly from the families who grow this incredible plant! #cacao #directtrade #fairtrade #ceremonialcacao #artisan #beantobar #tasmania #chocolate
