19.01.2022 As we lean into the uncomfortable reality of lock down and homeschooling I find myself constantly referring to and asking myself - "Am I hanging out in my circle of control?" If Yes, then what is my next step. If No, then what do I need to do to let go of this concern. I have found this really helpful in coaching, parenting and just helping friends out with challenges they are facing. ... Hope you find this helpful too.

16.01.2022 You may or may not of noticed I have been quite absent from posting here for a while. Well good news I am still alive and kicking - I just needed a break. I needed time and space to take stock, adjust, align and refocus on what it is I am doing here on this incredible journey of life. Towards the end of last year I burnt out, I got to a point of not being able to give anymore and it caused me a lot of physical and emotional pain. I knew at this point I needed time out and ne...eded to assess my life, my relationships, my business and direction. So that's what I have been doing. Quietly working away at projects that I have been wanting to bring to life. To achieve this I need to give myself permission to work on myself to over come my limiting beliefs, overcome my confidence barriers and a whole herd of other crap that I had been allowing to keep me down, to keep me playing small and not really living and giving to my potential. Then in the mix of all of this internal work there was 2020 and wow what a year this has turned out to be Not quite what we were all expecting but there has been some serious shifts for everyone in many facets of life! So this is just a message to say 'Hi' I am back in the world of social media and thank you for staying on my page. Hope you are doing extraordinarily well and remember to look after yourselves so that we can all look after one another

Replace Universe with God (or whatever your belief is), it was originally posted by a lady called Malissa Polen on Facebook. I think it is quite profound : Me: Hello Universe. Universe: Hello... Me: I’m falling apart. Can you put me back together?... Universe: I'd rather not. Me: Why? Universe: Because you're not a puzzle. Me: What about all the pieces of my life that fall to the ground? Universe: Leave them there for a while. They fell for a reason. Let them be there for a while and then decide if you need to take any of those pieces back. Me: You don't understand! I'm breaking! Universe: No, you don't understand. You're transcending, evolving. What you feel are growing pains. You're getting rid of the things and people in your life that are holding you back. 01.01.2022 You know that voice in your head that says "You Can't", "You're good enough", "Don't try", when you want to try something new, different or out of your comfort zone? It can be awfully convincing sometimes and it holds us back from going after our goals, doing things that stretch you, speaking up or going after our dreams. Basically it keeps you safe and playing small in the grand scheme of life. Many times I have heard motivational speakers, coaches or personal development g...urus talk about how to overcome, quieten or tame your Inner Gremlin. Well I want to put it a different way. I believe your Inner Gremlin loves you and because it loves you it wants to keep you safe always. It does this by instigating your hard wired psychological 'flight' response. It does and says all sorts of seemingly horrible things just so you won't take the scary action. I have found instead of fighting or quietening this Gremlin I love it. I understand and appreciate what it is trying to do for me, not because it hates me, in fact that gnarly little dude is loving me in the purest form
