HomeBuilder provides eligible owner-occupiers (including first home buyers) with a grant of $25,000 to build a new home or substantially renovate an existing home. The contract, to build or renovate, must be signed between 4 June 2020 and 31 December 2020 Information how you to access HomeBuilder will become available through the relevant State or Territory revenue office. 10.01.2022 A little sneak peek of our new home built by Wildecom Homes. We have spent the past couple of weeks settling in and it has been so much fun and a little bit su...rreal. But for the moment the main feature and purpose of these photos is the handcrafted dining table made by my Father Kingdoms Woodworks He is a fineart word worker and creates custom designed furniture pieces. This table top is made from a 300 year old laced Sheoak slab we purchased locally. The legs are from Marri purchased locally and glass top cut and fitted on site locally. The showpiece of this room, an art piece and even more special it was made by my Dad. I hope to share with you all a live video giving you a tour of the house soon. Natasha Brady Photography

09.01.2022 Waterproofing this is one of the most important details in a new home construction. The pictures show one of our homes under construction demonstrating how we do the waterproofing. We totally cover the floor, skirting and shower wall. We have even waterproofed the back of the shower wall and not just inside the shower recess. This always saves any problems in the future.
