25.01.2022 We had another fantastic day yesterday at Bunnings Mt. Gravatt.! Check out some of the snaps we managed to grab.! If you guys did miss us we will be back again on Saturday 21st of December from 11am-2pm.!

Not many trees are being removed on this site. 21.01.2022 Wow..! What a Wild Year we have had in 2020..! Firstly we must apologise for our lack of posting to this page.! Obviously with Covid-19, Wild Encounters along with all other Wildlife Exhibitors, certainly have had a tough year.! We went through 2-3 School Holidays with Cancellations and little to no bookings. There was No Fete and/or Festival season. Private gatherings and party restrictions, and in all was quite impactful to all of our shows.! However, as always here at Wi...ld Encounters we are keeping ourselves running off our feet.!Between Snake Removals, Fauna Spotter Catcher and Wildlife Management work.! There is never a dull day.! Now we are just starting September School Holidays and have over 10 Shows booked in and confirmed.! Yay..! We also have many enquires and bookings rolling in for the end of 2020 and 2021.! So there is what we hope to be the light at end of the Covid19 Tunnel.! Now spring is well and truely here the snake season has kicked off with a bang.! We will have plenty of photos and videos of all our Snake Relocations, Wildlife Shows and Animal Management Work.! We have been absolutely flat chat over the last couple of weeks all over South East QLD from the awesome Everleigh Block Party and Festival of Learning with the amazing LOUD events, Displays at Bunnings Capalaba, Mt Gravatt & Indooroopilly as well as Petbarn Upper Coomera and Charley’s Place ELC and lastly some amazing shows & birthday celebrations as well from the Redbank Plains Community Centre, Charlie’s 5th Birthday at Bright Buttons ELC to Lewis’s 8th, GiGi’s 10th Birthdays and many more we have had an absolute blast.!! 08.01.2022 Come down to the amazing Queensland Day Celebration and Family Day Event tomorrow at Junilee Park in Beaudesert from 10am - 1pm.! There will be so many different free activities and things for the whole family to enjoy.! And of course come down and say G’Day and get up close and personal with all of our Creatures.!

07.01.2022 We have had a fantastic couple of weekends helping celebrate some very special Birthdays.!! From Connor 8th & Heather’s 10th Birthdays to Oliver’s 5th, Jensen’s 6th and Connor’s 6th.!! Not to mention another amazing event with the LOUD events Team at the beautiful New Park Opening in Ascot.! Check our some of the fun we have had.!

06.01.2022 We will also have a Reptile Show & Meet n’ Greet down at the Southport Sharks today from 4-5pm.!! It is going to be an awesome day so make sure you come say G’day to us today somewhere around SEQ hehehe

04.01.2022 With the 2020 September School Holidays coming to a close we just would like to say a huge Thank You to all the amazing Vacation Cares, Early Learning Centre’s and Birthday Parties that we had the absolute pleasure of attending with all of our awesome scaly creatures.! Check out just a couple shots we managed to snap of some of the fun we got up to.!

04.01.2022 Carpet Pythons. These are one of the most commonly encountered Snakes on the Gold Coast. We relocate 100’s of Carpet Pythons every year and although they all have similar characteristics. They each have their own unique pattern, colour, markings, scars, and temperaments.! Definitely have a soft spot for these beautiful snakes. Here’s a few being released back into a lovely nature reserve after being relocated.

02.01.2022 Wild Encounters to our Fans & Followers.!! Hi guys. Hope all is well. As you can see there is no doubt about it our Wild Encounters FB page has been quite inactive throughout 2020 so far, compared to our usual content and interactions. In January & February we were extremely busy with our snake catching, Wildlife shows & displays, as well as our Fauna Management work. We were so busy during this time we didn’t even have time for our Social Media Family and for that we are tr...uly sorry.!! Then March 2020 arrived and brought with it Covid-19. Within a matter of days of this disastrous outbreak, nearly every Birthday Party, Vacation Cares, School Shows, Camps and all other Events and Incursions were Cancelled or Postponed. The April School Holidays and the Winter Fete & Event Season has come to a screaming halt with the exception of a few Birthday Parties, Essential Events and the Beginning of our Virtual Online Show Platform being tailored and offered for next Term. Wild Encounters is lucky that we have our Reptile/Wildlife Education Virtual Online Platform up and running, Snake Catching & Wildlife/Fauna Consulting/Management work. We are lucky that these other avenues of Wild Encounters will hopefully get us and all the animals through the Winter Time and through to the end of the Pandemic..! However we strongly feel for those other businesses who rely just on Wildlife Education/Shows. We offer out our support to any other Wildlife Demonstrators, Exhibitors, Snake Catchers... etc. We are all in this industry for the same reason and all in this together. If there is anything we can do for !!.ANYONE.!! In the industry PLEASE know. We are here for you and happy to help whenever and wherever we can.!! COVID-19 Wild Encounters has developed; - Covid-19 minimisation polices - Cover-19 Self Screening Permission Slips - As well as fully equipped markers in place to ensure Proper Social Distancing measures are taken at any of our Events. Wild Encounters is still Fully operating as usual (as per all Government & Industry Standards) with our Snake Catching & Fauna Management. We are still offering our Educational Programs through a number of different avenues so please do not hesitate to get in contact and we can tailor anything to suits you guys best. Over the next coming months, we promise to bring you guys as much Content as possible from our Snake Catching, Animal Rescue, Fauna Management works, as well as any and all Shows & Displays that we attend in the meantime. We are also starting to push our YouTube Channel again to hopefully bring you Weekly Vlogs & other content to help get us all through this unexpected start to 2020, but make the best of what we have.!!
