20.01.2022 Smoker Saturday was in full force for the team yesterday, with 2 of the boys cooking up some fantastic Borrowdale Free Range Pork from Riverway Meats. This one was cooked over oak with a triple combo rub of Four monkeys BBQ, Boars Night Out Championship BBQ and some Big Moe Cason

20.01.2022 Such an enterprising bunch here at @wildfirebbqnq ..We got our hands on a charcoal retort ... one of those contraption thingys that has a main 40gal drum with a fire in the bottom... the sealable inner drum then slowly lowers into the 40 as the fire burns down over 5-6 hours .... once the inner is lower the the top rim of the 40 (and the charcoal is done) then you seal the top of the 40... easy peasy cheap and effective charcoal. This is straight iron bark and red gum.... @tsvbbq #smokers #bbqsmoker
