24.01.2022 https://www.ag.gov.au//Resilient-Austra/Pages/default.aspx Well done to Wildfire Safety Bunkers for taking out this years Resilient Australia Business Award.

24.01.2022 New branding for 2016 done on livery, website coming soon.

24.01.2022 We at Wildfire Safety Bunkers are very excited to have finally launched our new website! It's completely refurbished and updated now for mobile devices. Please take a moment to browse all of the new information provided. http://www.wildfiresafetybunkers.com.au

23.01.2022 Wildfire Safety Bunkers recognise that private bushfire shelters should only be considered as a last resort to provide shelter for occupants from immediate life-threatening effects of a bushfire. Being one of the only accredited manufacturers with the Victorian Building Authority, we would hope that in the near future our accreditation will cover all states and territorys, at present our units are installed in other states on a site by site basis.

22.01.2022 Another happy customer, now that the grass has grown. A before and after photo of our #12personbunker, just after installation, and then once the landscaping is finished. Showing minimal impact on the surrounding grounds.

22.01.2022 Congratulations to Wildfire Safety Bunkers, winner of the Bushfire Safety Innovation award!

18.01.2022 Another reason clients purchase our bunkers is for the safe storage of items they do not wish to lose during a fire episode. Storage now seems to be very popular residents will place various items in them from copies of important documents, family heirlooms, computer hardware and software, clothing, tinned food and camping equipment should they come back to nothing. Clients who are already committed to evacuating in the threat of a fire may choose our "Fire Proof Storage Vaults" over a bunker. Theyre made to the same high standards found in our bunkers, but only 4500 litres in size. Please note though these storage facilities are not to be used as a human refuge. https://www.wildfiresafetybunkers.com.au/vaults.html

18.01.2022 We were lucky enough to take out the 2015 award for Building Safety Innovation judged by the Bushfire Building Council.

17.01.2022 Quite a few people have been ringing in recently requesting prices for our 6 & 12 person bunkers, and even though we have all information regarding these on our website I thought it may be handy to post here. 6 Person bunkers are $12,575.00 plus GST, plus delivery, plus installation. 12 Person bunkers are $22,735.00 plus GST, plus delivery, plus installation.

16.01.2022 The Resilient Australia Awards is a national program to recognise and promote initiatives which strengthen community disaster resilience across the nation, making our communities safer, stronger, more resilient and better prepared to manage any emergency situation. Wildfire Safety Bunkers was fortunate to take out the "Highly Commended" 2016 Resilient Australia Business Award, proving our products are of a superior quality. Pictured here is Wildfire Safety Bunkers director Anthony Tratt receiving the award by Victorias Emergency Management Commissioner, Craig Lapsley and the Minister for Emergency Services the Hon. James Merlino.

15.01.2022 Since 2008 Wildfire Safety Bunkers have been at the forefront in manufacture and installation of private use bushfire shelters. Years of testing and scrutiny by The Victorian Building Authority granted WFSBs with the authoritys Certificate of Accreditation. Proving our products have been individually assessed as complying with the performance requirements for use on sites classified up to Bushfire Attack Level - Flame Zone (BAL-FZ), and placing us on their register for bot...h our 6 and 12 person bunkers. Feel safe in knowing we were the first fully tested and accredited private use bushfire shelter in Australia, suitable for human use. Below is a list of current accredited suppliers for BRAC which we are a part of: https://www.vba.vic.gov.au//BRAC-Register-of-accredited-pr If you have any questions please call Wildfire Safety Bunkers on 1800 559 859.

14.01.2022 Some exposure for our products on 7 news back in November last year.

08.01.2022 Great story last night on the ABC by the 7:30 report regarding the use of fire bunkers as a last resort, and studies by CSIRO regarding Victorias accreditation system and if other States could follow suit. Wildfire Safety Bunkers are committed to supplying and installing superior quality fully engineered and purpose-built fire safety bunkers at an affordable price to every Australian, but emphasise that these bunkers are to be used as a last resort. 07.01.2022 Wildfire Safety Bunkers, and one of our clients were approached in regards to an article outlining the regulation of bunkers, and the feasible introduction of a national standard for bush fire shelters.

05.01.2022 Two six person units installed side by side has become very popular with our customers, one unit is used purely for the safe keeping of important items such as copies of documents, software and family items. Customers will also store food, clothing and camping equipment in the second unit to insure they have some form of back up should they loose everything during a fire episode, the other unit is left empty for the occupants of the house to take refuge.

02.01.2022 Wildfire Safety Bunkers was approached by #ACurrentAffair to do a story on the use of #firesafetybunkers, and interviewed us on Friday. Tune in tonight at 7pm to see the story.
