17.01.2022 Did you know there are 232 species of Hibiscus??!! But it is only the Wild Hibiscus or hibiscus sabdariffa that is used widely for its amazing taste and its medicinal qualities. Hibiscus tea is loaded with antioxidants such as Vitamin A, vitamin C and zinc. It also is packed with omega 3 and omega 6, and vitamin B1 and vitamin B2!! Isnt it amazing?!
