22.01.2022 Hello there followers, Sorry I have been quiet for a while. I have been busy enjoying life and the adventures it throws at me. This afternoon I’ll be flying back to Alice Springs, the red hearted Centre of Australia where I’ll be based for the foreseeable future. So if you’re an Alice Springs resident- lucky for you!! ;) ... To finish off my Diploma in Massage Therapy course I still need to complete some virtual clinic hours. This requires some willing bodies. Virtual clinic means that there is a teacher watching me massage periodically to ensure I am on the right track and give me feedback. Therefore I would have the laptop set up in the room during the massage but there is a button I press for privacy when people are getting on and off the table. I assure you it’s all very professional. If you think that sounds ok, below are the dates and times available for a free massage. All massages are an hour time slot including pre and post assessment unless you just want 30 minutes which can be arranged. You can have a relaxation, deep tissue, sports or remedial treatment. Private message me or send me a text and I will give you the address and confirm the time. ***All booked! Thanks guys!!

03.01.2022 Ladies, this one is for you! 75% of women experience thrush in their lifetime ... some will have repeat infections. Someone that was oblivious to thrush prior to being told I had it for the first time, I think it’s not something that’s not spoken enough about as women. ... Thrush is a infection, a overgrowth of bacteria called Candida in your vagina that causes itchiness or burning, a cottage cheese like discharge amongst other things. For treatment there are creams with applicators or tablets which you can get over the counter at the chemist but if you suffer from reoccurring infections or just little ones that sneak up on you this can get expensive and time consuming. I’ve done some research and something I found effective was some coconut oil with a few drops of tea tree oil. They both have natural antibacterial properties and personally I have found it really effective. Just apply the mixture when you like, I was doing twice a day, to the area ‘down there’ and the symptoms should reduce or subside in a day. I found within hours. This may not work for you but I couldn’t help but share this hot tip as coconut oil and tea tree oil are something most people would have laying around the house!
01.01.2022 Deodorant is an ever day item we often use out of ‘necessity’ but sometimes we don’t think about what we’re really putting on our body. I haven’t used conventional, commercial deodorant for years now. I used Toms of Maine deodorant for a while but it’s expensive and really I thought I could do better.Sweating is a normal thing, it’s natural. It’s our bodies way of getting rid of harmful toxins that we take on through food, alcohol and the environment and by using many commerc...ially available deodorants we’re preventing our bodies from doing that. That can’t be good right??? After looking into my options while travelling as I couldn’t justify $10 on deodorant, I figured there had to be a better way. I found this post by Wellness Mamma. (It’s a great website for all things natural). In her post she gives a few options but I tend to make the coconut oil deodorant as the ingredients are the most easily available - coconut oil, bi carb soda and arrowroot flour with the essential oils of your choice. I keep it in a jar and get a bit out each day and warm it in my palm then apply under my arms. It really works, seriously better than normal deodorant, you sweat but you don’t smell bad. It’s a revelation. I wish I’d started making it years ago! Have a go if your interested but I’m also thinking of whipping some up to sell. Enjoy! https://wellnessmama.com/1523/natural-deodorant/
