10.01.2022 Mesembryanthemum Nodiflorum, or Slenderleaf Iceplant, is a sprawling succulent that is aptly named for the bubble-like papillae on its fleshy stems. We source this wonderful ingredient from Cranbrook, 320 kilometres south of Perth. It’s a very juicy succulent with an abundance of citrus flavour and brings a crisp salinity to complement our Abrolhos Island scallop with lemon myrtle, kohlrabi, desert lime and sesame Matthew Sartori.
