23.01.2022 Vacuum cupping is an amazing treatment for my clients to help them relax. Using negative pressure to draw out inflammation, release fluid, increase blood flow and generally calm the system and release tension and muscle tightness. I love to use static cupping in one area and work with massage and trigger point or accupressure in another, allowing me to work on multiple areas at the same time. And yes your skin can generally mark up with cupping, revealing condition of the body and drawing out heat, these marks look like bruises but aren't, there's no pain and they'll fade away over a week or so.
