25.01.2022 On the Bench - Stone Texture bangle for an anniversary present. Awe, how sweet. A young man wanted something handmade and special for his girlfriend on their 6 month anniversary. He wrote me this lovely message, all about what the young lady is like, her loves, her personality, her delicate little wrists. He's obviously smitten.... Well, he did leave it a little bit late, but I managed to get this made and shining brightly before morning cuppa time, so it will be on its way today and hopefully arrive in time for their special day. 23.01.2022 For the pop up shop at the Valley of the Giants Tree Top Walk, starting in just 5 days I have especially made some of my classic copper leaves. This time round, they are on lovely long chains. Each one is unique, modelled on leaves collected from the forest floor. . Pop up shop is running from this Saturday 26th sept to the following Saturday 3rd Oct.

22.01.2022 There is always so much to do. I recently had a little break from my online shop to give me a chance to catch up on all the things. It wasn't anywhere near enough, so, I have decided to have an extended break. OK, so I'll still be making, designing, playing, and there is still that website to be built. But I plan to make time for some quieter moments too, beach walks, coastal hikes, rock sitting; all the things that inspire my creativity.... 22.01.2022 Play Time After making a conscious decision to allow time for play during my working week, new textures and shapes are coming to light. * But now that I have created these two pairs of earrings using textures of leaves from our coastal native plants, I realise, these ideas have been there all this time.... * I believe the good ideas wait for you. They don't go away, and I'm really glad this idea waited around for me.

It's halfway done. * I planned to rest up a bit and dust off a few half - read books. Mmm, didn't really happen. * I planned to get my wild, self - seeding vege patch under control. Why bother?
