19.01.2022 Hello to all our followers and patrons of wildginger. We have made the decision to close for service until October 1st. The year to date has been full of highs and lows and it has been a roller coaster ride to say the least. So in these crazy times it's time to recharge and take some quality time off for our team and bounce back bigger and stronger for the last quarter of the year. We have a few upcoming events jotted in our diary and we will be advertising these events short...ly. All bookings can be made online through our website and we have our fingers crossed restrictions will ease for all businesses and trades even further in these coming months and we are staying positive that we will be enjoying the hotter months together. -October long weekend will kickstart our newly refreshed establishment with new menu and wine list. -18th October we are going Indo with slow cooking a whole pig Babi Guling Balinese style over a coal pit for a long lunch with trimmings and chilled bintang $65 a head to secure a seat. Tickets will be on sale once we re-open so keep it in mind for a table of friends and family (restrictions will apply). Until our next post stay compliant and let's ride this out together. 19.01.2022 STAFF WANTED! WE ARE HIRING. With summer fast approaching we are on the hunt for some new faces to join our team. We are looking for a bartender and a waiter/waitress. Both positions are available for casual employment. Previous experience in the hospitality industry IS a necessity! Interested applicants must be 18 and over and have already completed their RSA. ... Applicants must be available to work Friday and Saturday nights, and a minimum of 2-3 shifts a week, with the likeliness of more as we move into peak season. Applicants must be motivated and hardworking with a desire and willingness to be part of a busy and fast paced work environment. 03.01.2022 Thats a wrap... Great fun filming with the Sydney Weekender crew at Berry Farmers markets today. They are putting together a piece on Huskisson and road tripping through Berry,so it was nice to put a dish together from our ginge menu...
