I want to ensure that I put the right amount of time into considering your identity, aesthetic and personality and fitting that within an arrangement of flowers that will make your day the perfect one you know it will be. In order to make this happen there are a number of things I will do to make sure everything is prepared and ready. ... I will: sit down and talk with you face-to-face to get to know you and your partner and understand your vision, preferences, and taste, so I can develop a design that exceeds your expectations; I will create detail itemised quotes that break down exactly what you’re paying for. Which is handling the logistics of transporting the flowers in and out of the venue; get up at 4am to drive to Sydney to collect the flowers on the day; prep the flowers; create the bouquets, arrangements, and installations; and deliver everything. After the day is over check in and remove the installations and finish up. So button line is that there is a lot of behind the scene work that goes into creating your special day. Instead of the table flowers, you could have a large installation at the ceremony, such as an archway of florals, or at the reception, such as a hanging foliage installation.

09.01.2022 Self doubt! This is something I struggle with when putting my face on my page. When you see other florals on Instagram from famous designers you begin to doubt your work and your abilities. Hello, imposter syndrome! ... But I love everything about floral design. I got into this business because I love being creative and seeing people’s floral dreams come true. Sometimes you just need to step back and look at how far you’ve come and all the in things you’ve created and realise that you’re on the right track! Does anyone else feel a sense of imposter syndrome with their work sometimes?
