Medium body with a pleasant, long lasting bitterness and subtle background sweetness. Hopped with Citra, Motueka & Magnum.... SOMERSAULT RED - RED IPA - 5.5% Bold red with plum and berry like aroma with hints of caramel. Plum and raisin sweetness with a pleasant lingering bitterness on the finish. Magnum, Citra & NZH-107 hops.

14.01.2022 Just a little bit of our history... Our family started kicking around the idea of building a brewery in early 2014, after purchasing this beautiful block of land in the middle of 2012. Several years of business planning, approvals & budgeting (the boring stuff) combined with lots of R&D (the really fun stuff!) followed, and construction finally started in early 2018.... As we spent all those years planning, and as a big credit to our builder & construction team, the building was completed within 12 months - we were brewing in December 2018, and the beers started flowing in Feb 2019. So many individuals played a part in making Wild Hop what it is, and photos like this one by visitor @its_just_an_entry make us supremely proud of what weve all achieved together. It really has been a once in a lifetime adventure, and one that will no doubt continue for many years to come @its_just_an_entry

11.01.2022 NOW TAPPED LAZY ANSWERS Pale Ale 5.2% This was just SO DAMN TASTY, we thought wed better brew it again. A killer combo of Citra & Galaxy hops giving notes of mandarin and citrus, with a lingering bitterness & dry mouthfeel.... This was the first pale we brewed after lockdown, and that batch was guzzled up in just a couple of weeks. Tasty, tasty tasty

We feel that the Wild Hop experience would be lost in an empty space with a closed playground... Well eagerly await the next phase of guidelines to be released by the WA government. Its so good to be back at it, and were looking forward to rolling into our second Phase 3 weekend Just a reminder of the minor adjustments weve made to accommodate the Phase 3 guidelines...... Socially distanced tables - 2m apart, as per current regulations... this means we cant move them around once we open - sorry! Table service on the weekends - which means no lines at the bar, so we can fit more tables inside and accommodate more guests. Online bookings - we are booking out roughly half of our undercover capacity (about a third of our total capacity, if its not raining) as set 90min settings across each day. Were rolling through Phase 4 These shots, taken by Kels Dessi Drivers on Saturday arvo, paint a pretty good picture of what to expect if youre cruising in for a visit over the next few weeks. Were still required to encourage social distancing at the bar, and keep our tables spaced a comfy 1.5m apart.... Our verandah is heated, and the clear blinds can come down, so were trying to keep our giant bifold doors open as much as possible for easy flow of air and punters - especially now that you can wander around with a beer!! Were taking online bookings in 90min windows for half of our undercover capacity (about a third of our overall capacity, if its not raining) - and the rest is available for walk-ins. Very full body and super sessionable. Dry hopped with Citra and NZH-107. BIG BOII - IIPA 9.6% Stonefruit and citrus with hints of pineapple. Full bodied but with an assertive, clean bitterness. Dangerously easy drinking for a big boii!! Dry hopped with Amarillo TE, El Dorado & Citra. Yeah boii

06.01.2022 NOW TAPPED MISSING PIECES Fruited Red Sour - 5.4% Muddy red colour, with upfront strawberry on the palate backed up by fleshy plum. A balanced medley of fruit, acidity and dryness with a clean, sour finish. ... Brewed with trial yeast "Philly Sour" - 42kg of strawberries & 21kg of blood plum added during fermentation. The addition of specialty red malts adds to the gutsy red hue. This is our first crack at using #phillysour as a part of a trial program by @ellersliehop This new yeast sours during fermentation, without the risk of the little, wild, yeasty beasts taking over our clean brewery. But we couldn’t find one that we were happy to put our brand on... until we stumbled across the crew at @upstatestock (thanks, Instagram!!)... Based in Brooklyn, the crew at Upstatestock knit these cotton watchcaps using a ‘recover textile’ yarn - a technology that uses discarded clothing scraps from apparel factories in New Jersey, and PET bottles to spin an incredible cotton blend yarn that uses no dyes or chemicals at all. The beautifully rich colours are created through a proprietary blending program where the scraps are sorted and combined together using a computerized system to create a consistent color over and over again. No waste! We’ve got them in three epic colours for this winter - Classic Black, Ochre & Seafoam Blue.
