For the Table Top Glute Extension, position yourself on your hands and knees with a flat back pulling your belly button up towards your back, squeezing your abdominal muscles and your pelvic floor muscles up. ... Extend your left (or right) leg out behind you and, if you're able to, your opposite arm in front of you. Keeping your extended leg straight, raise it as high as you can, keeping your hips square, then lowering it to hip height. (Repeat this movement x20) remembering to squeeze the muscle in a slow and controlled movement. Stretch it out after, give your body a much deserved reward. 13.01.2022 I've had this book sitting in my book case for almost 9 months. I opened it up and started using it yesterday. Sometimes, we aren't ready for self improvement or reflection, if you're on that journey, the universe will guide you to what you need. Our ability to listen to our instincts and what we need, may become lessened over time and beat down by sensory overload. ... If you feel like you don't know how to follow your gut feelings, take a few minutes each day to sit, be present and listen to the world around you. Grab yourself a journal and write a response to this: How do you feel today? How is your mood? How can you improve it and do you want to improve it? Don't even think about that question, just put pen to paper and see what comes out. At the end of your journalling reflect on your response briefly, then let it go to the universe. Let yourself feel any negative emotions and then release them. They don't serve you. Allow yourself to feel joy, love and happiness, no matter what comes at you today, consciously make the decision to respond from a place of joy and love. Consciously let go of any and all negative interactions today. It's time to start thrive on the good stuff and letting go of the drama and crap. Here's to a bloody sensational Monday!! Xoxox
