For this week our toilets are out of order unfortunately.... Feel free to bring a water bottle to stay hydrated. The studio is located at 12 Kurrajong Avenue beside the Hungry Fox. Tuesday 6am Flow Wednesday 6pm Yin/restorative (booked out) Saturday 7:30 am Flow Class descriptions: Hatha: Suitable for all levels, You will receive more detailed cues to improve your alignment and knowledge of the basics. Suitable for both beginners or experienced yogis, so regardless of your experience, you’ll be able to work to your level, and walk away with a greater awareness (or reminders) of the what and the why of yoga. Flow (Vinyasa) translates to flowing with breath) is a dynamic style of Hatha yoga which joins physical postures, or asanas, with inhales and exhales. It creates a steady internal rhythm for the practice. The class is designed to cultivate heat in the body with creative sequences involving sun salutations, standing and seated postures, back bending, arm balancing, and a strong focus on the power of breath awareness. Yin/Restorative: A modern-day movement with lineage inspired teachings. This class starts with a slow flowing movement to get the body warm and the mind focused.
