21.01.2022 My daughter's Nipper's Club (Redcliffe Peninsula SLSC) has been unable to conduct their normal fund-raising activities. Unlike many Surf Life Saving Clubs who require their members to purchase their own equipment such as nipper boards, Redcliffe Peninsula SLSC provides equipment to members at no extra cost to their annual membership. Their volunteer lifesaver teams also need a range of equipment, such as IRBs, ATVs, trailers, radios, etc. to perform their role patrolling the beach. All this equipment does not come cheap! 04.01.2022 This week’s adventure with our Wild Wanderers was to Scarborough Beach where we are continuing to develop water safety awareness, throwing, balance and coordination skills. These gross motor skills form the basis for fine motor skills required in writing and drawing.

01.01.2022 Part of our morning ritual is visiting our chickens, making sure they have food and water and fresh hay to scratch around in. We collect the eggs and then there’s tree climbing opportunities! How amazing is this tree??
