Shiv is rolling out her homemade pasta and creating one of her favourite Tuscan Pasta dishes.... Rotolo con Zucca Ricotta e Spinaci involves sheets of delicious homemade pasta with spinach, pumpkin, ricotta, Parmesan all rolled up and baked in a beautiful tomato and basil sauce. If you would love to enjoy this meal on Thursday April 16th. This traditional Chinese recipe is both healthy and full of flavour. Slow braised chicken on the bone simmered away in flavours of Ginger, Star Anise and Cassia Bark. Enjoy your meal served on a bed of steamed Asian greens reduced Soy stock and with a garnish of ginger, shallots and coriander.
