25.01.2022 Wild yoga challenge! You’ll need good hip rotation. If you’re struggling with continually dropping the block, then pretend the block is a glass of red. Guaranteed to work! If you choose to use a real glass of wine and it falls and shatters shards of glass over the floor, bring in the next challenge; the ability to lick wine from ground without splitting tongue.
25.01.2022 Working the whole body in Bakasana (crow pose). The practice of this pose targets the core muscles, works on the arms, and strengthens the wrists, upper back, and legs. The act of balancing on the back of the arms helps you get more physical benefits. The broadening effect on the upper back helps to release the thoracic spine. There is a need for persistence and regular practice in order to feel confident in this pose. As a result, as you progress, it can help to build inne...r strength, focus and resilience. 16.01.2022 The Winter Solstice celebrates the birth of a new solar year and the beginning of winter. It is the shortest day and the longest night. The solstice celebrates the innate creative powers of nature. Mother Earth breathes and the land gently rises and falls to her graceful rhythm. Her gentle inhalation has slowed knowingly, and change dances across her as she succumbs to the touch of cold. Tawny, russet hues, translucent ambers and rich reds cascade. The grand wheel of life slowly creaks forward. Song-filled whispers echo through the trees that winter is coming. The rain has visited more often and Earth drinks deeply of this sacred elixir. Enjoy this chance to reflect and go inward and welcome the shift of energy.
