18.01.2022 The Junction ....open all weekend for individual bookings ... ten'd be great, but all welcome. Deep fried crispy Barramundi ...or Steamed Barra with vegetables and mango chilli sauce ...mmmm Jamiesons most spectacular tree.... same age as the Junction ?

17.01.2022 The new normal.....Winter.... big weekend coming up. We will be busy with our first dine-ins, spilling food on them etc, so takeaways will be somewhat limited.....order early please. Contemplating a big, cold Winter.

17.01.2022 Takeaways tonight ... 'Special' .... Chicken & Potato curry.... great on cold nights ....all this weekend. ... Also tonight.... we are trialling a new, home grown, organic brown rice ... free small bowl of this rice with each meal, but.....always a but .... please give us feedback on it, because if popular, we want to support this small farmer and his wonderful home grown product.

08.01.2022 Getting back to the same old, but different, NOT the new normal .... Wili's Thai Junction is open for DDD ... Dining in Done Differently. As of the first weekend of June 2020, you can now enjoy dining in under our new 'Long Table Experience'. Get ready for the cold winter, the snow, the slopes and warm up from the inside out. Hot and spicey soups, curries and some special treats...all traditionally prepared the authentic Thai way. Get a group of ten friends, or not, family ...and enjoy our long table between fireplaces. We will have a new dine in menu, including some of the new found takeaway favourites. Please enquire, book in advance, starting from friday the 5th of June every weekend until we get back to our previous wonderful way of lives. See more

05.01.2022 So a little about our rice experiment. Brown rice is so much better for you, so much tastier, nuttier and healthier....it retains its husk, which has the natural oils in it and added fibre. White rice is processed and sometimes bleached. By the time you get it, all its goodness is gone and essentially its just a filler and vehicle to soak up the incredible flavours at Wili's Thai Junction. Try brown rice, give it a few goes and you will taste the difference...so much so, that... I guarantee next time you go to a restaurant that only has white rice...you will say 'thats boring' ....except for coconut rice...but thats the flavour doing the work, not the rice natural taste. 'Thai lamb shank curry' (only a few, so get in quick)... $22 Plus ... Woohoo ... Happy Hour all the way into Spring... Booze at ridiculous prices, Bridgewater beers, Jamieson beers, Ciders and local Wines ... lets clear the cellar and get ready for Spring.
