22.01.2022 Im not a commercial Tiler and I dont enjoy working in commercial buildings but this being said I have just tiled a floor in the mens toilets at Three Communications Building. Its been hideous! Definitely glad its over!!

21.01.2022 Beautiful hallway in old fashioned patterned quarry tile. Cement board glued and screwed to floorboards first. Tiled with mattwell integrated (matt not in the photo) and new skirting boards to go on

Back at the same house for my 3rd tiling project (bathroom and hex hallway already done) This time doing the open plan kitchen diner, though in 2 installments, kitchen end just tiled - kitchen to be fitted before I go back to tile the dining/open end. Pictures below

12.01.2022 Tiled my step sisters kitchen....what a pain it has been!!! Stud walls that fell apart when trying to remove the old tiles meant I had to replace sections of plasterboard. The moving worktop which I had to repair and make fixed. The window ledge which I basically needed to re surface using rapid set all before I could stick any tiles. Looks awesome now though!!!! BTW the before look is actually a tile sticker/wallpaper on top of the cream tiles in case you thought it was a nice patterned grey tile - it wasn't! Grey bevelled metro tile with dark grey grout and matching silicone seal to worktop.

11.01.2022 plastic trims replaced with ceramic pencil trims. Very fiddly little job. First had to remove the tiles from the inside of the box and the old plastic trim, then repair my surface and then the task of fitting all the tiny bits to complete the herringbone look

09.01.2022 Finally finished my mothers Birthday present from last year

09.01.2022 55m2 laid in marble effect 60x60 porcelain. Underfloor heating laid in the screed, and with settlement and heat we used a decoupling matt just to guarantee finish, regardless of any movement. natural grey grout to finish

08.01.2022 Kitchen and hallway tiled in wooden porcelain plank. dark grey grout used. Mattwell where existing mattwell was due to height of back door although where the old frame was removed, the existing concrete had crumbled so a wooden frame was used to create a clean edge using levelling compound poured in. wooden frame then cut out. Looks great, will be back to tile kitchen splash backs in grey metro tile and the WC in hallway and the little room connecting to the kitchen in the same plank effect

07.01.2022 What a final job, the amount of detail and fiddly bits of tiling that this has required has totally got me ready for a long break!!!! Herringbone in shower area in a white tile and the rest of the room in a half height green tile with black boarder. natural grey grout to finish

04.01.2022 Bathroom for my friend who happens to be a chippy. He built the clever boxes (to be finished with doors) and the bathpanel. All thats left is the mirror made to size for above the sink, the final fix of the sink and shower and a little bit of silicone - though this is finished for me as its over to my pal to finish now! 3rd stagger tile effect with light grey grout, wooden plank effect on floor with dark grey grout (floor latexed prior tiling)

01.01.2022 Another 3rd stagger bathroom. Light grey grout on floor and walls, floor laid in traditional brick bond. Ditra matt installed as the screed is new and contains a water piped under heating system so this prevents the movement from affecting the tile finish
