01.01.2022 We recently took two traders to court for conducting home building work they were not licensed or suitably qualified to do. In separate cases, Xiaoke (aka David...) Li and Neil Charles Mitchell were ordered to pay fines and professional costs for illegally contracting work. This case serves as a warning to consumers to only use licensed traders with the skills and qualifications to do the specific job at hand. Reputable traders should be able to provide new customers with referees and contact details of previous clients so they can check on the traders past performance.
