24.01.2022 C&C married just prior to the severe coronavirus restrictions that have impacted us all - and its feedback like this that keep us focused and eagerly awaiting the return of Wedding celebrations so that we can return to what we do best! Thank you C&C, we are over the moon that we were able to deliver the Wedding journey that you had both hoped and dreamed of. ...We had 6 months to plan our wedding, and our wedding was a big one. We had 180 guests on a private property. Whe...n we decided to have it on the property we didnt realise how much work would need to go into organising such an event, nor did we realise that we would have to build everything from scratch! It was overwhelming to say the least, but then we found Will & Jac. They were incredible from the very beginning. We had several meetings with them over the course of the 6 months, and every time we met with them it put our minds at ease - they always had everything under control. We gave them our ideas and vision for how we wanted our wedding to work and look, and they always came back with several options for caterers, marquees, florists, styling, band etc. Their amazing research and organisation made the deciding process for us less overwhelming, and actually a very fun, enjoyable and smooth experience! Over the 6 months they embarked on several trips to the property (that is nearly 2 hours away from Melbourne) for reasons such as, to map and measure the wedding location, make sure the marquee structure would fit and how best to position it, and organise the best and easiest spot for the caterers. Will & Jac thought about things that we just never have, such as having to get a skip and generator and PA system, black tie toilets, the list could go on. When the weekend of the wedding finally came, Will & Jac were again, incredible. They were at the property 3 days before the wedding, were very hands on and coordinated the entire set up process (and pack up) - we really just had to turn up. If any issues arose we wouldnt have known because they were behind the scenes making sure everything worked out. We absolutely wouldnt have been able to pull off our wedding with out Clare and Catherine, and we are so happy we decided to bring them on to help organise our special day. But true to form, Phillip Island turned it on at the last minute with rays of sunshine sweeping in! 18.01.2022 C&J brought their love and Indonesian family and friends to Melbourne for their special Day. We loved getting to know this fabulous couple and learning about their culture - this was one truly memorable celebration! "...One word : AMAZING! Our wedding was a destination wedding, which I live far from Australia, was scary at first to plan overseas, but Catherine and Clare made everything easy! Their email follow up, all the virtual meetings are very helpful and thorough, the b...est planners I could ever ask for! Aside from their amazing coordination, they also have the charm that can always calm you down (which being a bride-to-be, is super helpful). I still remember that 3 months before the wedding when our parents finally went to see the place they were a bit unhappy and wanted to change the venue, when everything was already booked and coordinated accordingly. Both Catherine and Clare were very hands on and helpful to help us to think on all the possibilities to address our parents doubt while not changing the venue - yes, they are real problem solvers!! 16.01.2022 Thank you so much for your beautiful words F&W - we are overwhelmed and humbled! "...Words fail us! We cannot thank Clare and Catherine enough for the enormous amount of work they put into organising our wedding. We have not stopped smiling since. We embarked on planning a wedding for 180 guests in the backyard of our family home. Every item needed to be individually sourced and hired for the day and within budget - a generator, outdoor lighting, portable bathrooms, screens,... you name it. A huge undertaking! Hiring wedding planners was a non negotiable decision for us, particularly for a couple who currently live out of Melbourne and are extremely time poor. As soon as the decision was made to have our wedding at home, they were the first and only planners we called. Clare and Catherine organised my sisters wedding so wed already seen their slick operation in action and appreciated their attention to detail and responsiveness. We engaged Will&Jac for both the Getting Started package and the Big Day package. As part of the Getting Started package, Clare and Catherine inspected the site and created a master list of all the items wed need to arrange for the day including a preliminary run sheet. They recommended suppliers for each item and obtained quotes. The suppliers we chose were from this list of recommendations and we were very pleased with the quality and professionalism of all involved. Having a list really focussed our planning efforts so we were able to carry on without Clare and Catherine for a few months. Clare and Catherine then came back on board 2 months before the wedding as part of their Big Day planning package. We had a very detailed hand over meeting and at the same time as taking over all planning responsibilities, they also took away all our stress! Clare and Catherine are wonders and worth at least double what they charge when you take account of all the extra time and effort they dedicate to you and your day. They are experts at what they do not to mention wonderful people to be surrounded by throughout what can be a stressful and overwhelming process!
