03.01.2022 After lifting up a few loose tiles that I was called out to fix it was clear to see its another bad waterproofing failure. The bathroom had a very nice renovation done close to 10 years ago. Unfortunately the waterproofing system had failed and rotted out the timber flooring badly. Compressed fibre cement sheeting was used with an added floor waste in the centre of the room with falls to it, rebuilt a new shower base and all waterproofed with a much better leak proof system.
