18.01.2022 We were excited to host Alison from Be Connected yesterday! They came to do a case study on us and how well we are all coming along using the Be Connected learning Modules! Some of our lovely group members were even interviewed! All very exciting for a Monday morning!

17.01.2022 The re-launch of the Willetton Digital Technology Club for 50+ for 2020 is happening next Monday 17th February 9:30am-11:30am at Rostrata Family Centre! Come connect with others in a fun environment, learn how to use your devices confidently, and be safe online. 15.01.2022 We are nearing the end of our Be Connected journey with our 2020 Learners. We suffered a setback with COVID, but we are on track for a successful year! Looking forward to Term 4 and some fun projects!

14.01.2022 Lately there have been a huge increase in the amount of scams doing the rounds, and the amount of money being lost due to phishing scams. To stay safe, people should avoid clicking links in emails or text messages, instead sourcing their own websites or phone numbers for the companies or government departments supposedly contacting them. Also talk to family and friends, this dramatically reduces the risk of getting caught by a scam. Check out what's doing the rounds on the Scamwatch website.

10.01.2022 A massive THANKYOU to the City of Canning for the $500 Community Grant they so generously awarded to us so that we could purchase some tablets for our Willetton Digital Technology Club for 50+. This has enabled all our learners to have access to the technology required to complete the class modules. They have been a welcome addition, and have helped to change the lives of our club members!

03.01.2022 At the end of last term we wrapped things up with a little celebration After completing all our Be Connected modules we awarded certificates to all our members, and we all joined in the fun with a little Trivia Quiz put together by the lovely Jean. A lot of fun and laughs were had, along with some delicious morning tea. Thanks to everyone for making the term so special
