A reminder that regular Tuesday/Thursday trainings begin this week and beyond. Get down to Burrendah as close to 4:30 as you can so we can make the most of the light. 18.01.2022 Drags, Clothing orders for the season are starting to arrive and Nic G will be handing them out when he receives them. Thanks for your patience as this year we are seeing longer than normal delivery times. With that being said, unfortunately we wont be placing any more orders for the season. (We may hold small stock volumes at the club post this order arrival) Moving forward, we will be looking to have all future orders placed online via our website here: www.wdcc.net.au/sho...p To start with, our Beanies have arrived and are ready to be purchased. We also have a Sports Bag available as well. Team Managers will be contacted to arrange pick up at training sessions. If you have already paid Nic G money for the beanies and bags, hell be in touch with you to pick them up. 09.01.2022 Dear Dragons, Unfortunately our season ended abruptly in the middle of the semi finals. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all our coaches,captains,players & volunteers across all our senior & junior teams for their hard work. Our various award nights & functions have been cancelled! The various winners will not be forgotten, at this stage it is our intention to make the presentations when we launch season 2020/21.... Our board meetings have been put on hold until further notice. Our AGM is scheduled for end of May. We will confirm the date at a later time in line with government guidelines. GOOD NEWS today the City of Canning & Turfcare have commenced the replacement of our turf practice wickets. All going well the work should be completed in three weeks. Cricket Australia & the WACA are reviewing cricket across the board. All going well by the time pre-season comes around in July we will have a clear direction of where we are going. In meantime we are working in the background for next season. Finally at this time of great uncertainty, please look after yourselves & your families. Stay safe & be kind to one another. Cheers.
