While smaller group activities are still available, we've moved some of the classes to a digital format: Cranbrook Lifestyle. The program changes regularly but has similar themes each week - learn a language, exercise and movement, music appreciation, art and culture and masterclass/documentaries.

13.01.2022 This week it was the men's turn to take over in the kitchen and they did it with gusto. A cooking session was on offer and the boys in Elm baked a carrot cake, the ladies didn’t want to entertain the thought! The men loved it especially the eating part! It looks like we may have some new baking suppliers for the Café in our midst.

11.01.2022 When eaten as a part of a balanced, healthy diet, Omega-3 fatty acids are proven to reduce inflammation that causes diseases such as heart disease, cancer and arthritis. A rich source of Omega-3 fatty acid can be found in flax seeds. For optimal use, seeds can be crushed and added to breakfast cereals, juices, smoothies and mixed into salads. Walnuts, avocadoes and fatty fish are also fantastic options.
