24.01.2022 Congratulations to our thirds winning the section grand final against Deer Park. At the end of 84 ends it was a draw with a score 77-77. Playing an extra end, the final score was 86-78. Awesome effort Towners!!!

21.01.2022 Going... going... gone! The Williamstown Ladies Bowling Club pavilion finally succumbs to a big yellow machine back in early August. The core of the pavilion dated back to the late 1920s when it was erected on the northern edge of the Williamstown Bowling Club green. It was moved in the mid-1930s to its last site when a new green was constructed for the Williamstown Ladies Bowling Club. A lot of memories!

16.01.2022 "BUSHFIRES APPEAL Williamstown Bowling Club held a day of social bowls on Saturday the 11th of January, and will donate all proceeds to those affected by the devastating bushfires. A total of $1050 was raised by the 40 members present which was a fantastic effort, and was then topped up to $1300 with a $250 donation from the club.... As we are a bowls club, we will be directing the donations to bowls clubs in Victoria who have been affected by the fires. Thanks to everyone who gave so generously."
