22.01.2022 Step 2: Can I have a massage? During Step 1 and Step 2 of the Roapmap to reopening Remedial Massage is heavily restricted and cannot be performed. We are hopeful that we can reintroduce it again at Step 3 (Oct 26th 2020) and we will keep you updated.

20.01.2022 Step 2: What it means for your Chiropractic Care? As of Monday 28/9/2020 Our Chiropractors can see a wider range of patients however there are still restrictions relating to which patients we can provide care for via face-to-face appointments; -Routine services are not permitted... -Care to prevent a significant deterioration in functional independence which would result in an escalation of care needs (such as increased frequency in treatment, significant increase in pain, specialist input, or substantial increase in recovery time as a result of delayed care); -for assessment and diagnostic purposes for those people whose care has been delayed during stage 4 restrictions, and where further delay is likely to result in deterioration (e.g. diagnostic imaging and assessment for prescription of assistive technology). -there is likely to be a significant deterioration in a patient’s physical or mental health should they not receive care in the next 4-6 weeks -the patient has an acute injury or chronic flare up that is significant in nature We understand this may still be frustrating for some of you who take a more proactive approach to your care. One of the main aims of the Government’s roadmap to Reopening during Step 1 and 2 is to minimize movement of people outside on their homes and as such they are focusing on restricting non-essential movements during this time. Should you come in during Step 2? As said above we will remain open and we will continue to see patients who require essential care and cannot wait until Step 3 is enabled. If you are unsure if this applies to you please call the clinic who can connect you with your practitioner to discuss your specific situation. During Step 1 and Step 2 of the Roapmap to reopening Remedial Massage is heavily restricted and cannot be performed. It is very important that if you are not feeling well (especially fever, sore throat, headache or cough) or believe you may have been exposed to Covid19 that you DO NOT attend the clinic in person and refer to your GP or call the Covid Hotline on 1800 675 398 to be tested.
