25.01.2022 Anthony is recovering from a broken elbow. Kicking drills, stroke exercises and equipment like fins and buoys will help him come back faster. The only equipment a committed swimmer NEEDS is a buoy/ board and goggles.... Fins (short flippers), hand paddles and other toys and help improve strength and technique. Come and swim with us in our Swim Squad for Everyone at VU Aquatic Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 7:30pm. We have fast and slow lanes. For five summers this class has taught the basic skills of efficient freestyle in the open water at Williamstown Beach. We stay in the shallow water, have fun, and build confident swimmers who can enjoy the sea. First class = $30 including OWS cap, then $12 per class ongoing. ... Wetsuit hire = $20.
