15.01.2022 PERSONAL TRAINER! Williamstown Personal Training is urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Trainer to work in our private studio with 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 clients. This is a short-term (full time hours) cover that may turn into something more should you be interested. Priority is to cover the short-term. Our client base comprises of both men and women aged between 35-60 years old. Ideally the successful candidate would be able to cover the following times:... Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 5.30am - 10am Monday - Thursday 4pm - 7pm Please note: These times may vary depending on client uptake. And/or can be negotiated to suit your situation if you are chosen as the best person for the job.. My situation is: I have a part-time employment engagement that will occupy me through to Christmas so you would be covering the times above from Nov 9 until then. Having said that, I could potentially cover the Monday and Thursday slots if needed. Post Christmas, we would be looking to grow the business, and nights may become available if this is of interest as I explore other PT income streams. So if you are interested there may be further work beyond Christmas for the candidate. 09.01.2022 Personal Trainer cover! Williamstown Personal Training is urgently seeking an experienced and skilled Personal Trainer to work in our private studio between Nov 9 and Christmas. Each 30 minute sessions will involve working with 1:1, 2:1 and 3:1 clients. This is a short-term cover position with the successful candidate covering between 16-24 hours per week. ... Our client base comprises of both men and women aged between 35-60 years old. Ideally the successful candidate would be able to be available for the following times: Hours of operation: Monday - Friday 6am - 10am Monday - Thursday 4pm - 6pm Please note: These times may vary depending on client uptake. And/or can be negotiated to suit your situation if you are chosen as the best person for the job.. My situation is: I have a part-time employment engagement that will occupy me through to Christmas so you would be covering the times above from Nov 9 until then. 09.01.2022 Reformer Pilates morning timetable!

08.01.2022 Week 2: Mattys FITNESS journey!!! No video this week as Matt had to rush off after his Saturday morning session. Matt completed 3 sessions at WPT(+ another small treadmill session at home). Although he had a busy week and also injured his eye he was determined not to let this interrupt his momentum. Matts GOAL is to lose a bit of weight, tone up and get stronger..... Starting weight = 107kg Weight at the end of week 2 = 106.4kg Matt understands that at this early stage the weight loss was not huge for two reasons. 1. He has increased muscle 2. His body is adapting to the exercise So far the focus of Matts program has been on strength training and he has reported feeling stronger all over but particularly in the upper body. He has noticed slight change in the tone of these areas also. Once we have established and activated overall muscle growth we will look to put greater emphasis on cardio exercise to encourage the body to burn excess fat. Keep up the good work Matt! Ps I promise the photo is not a stitch up Matty.. To me it shows the genuine effort youre giving to make change in your life!

We are still operating and looking forward to keeping you fit and healthy throughout this time... 2. It is important we all do our bit to keep our studio sanitary for all users 3. We want you to know that all wipe down towels are washed regularly however it is advisable to bring your own towel as a precaution 5. We will have alcohol wipes available to keep hands clean 6. If you have your own hygiene plan, please feel comfortable in enacting that whilst working out 7. 02.01.2022 FOLLOW MATTYS FITNESS JOURNEY! Well known local Matt Dean has chosen to take action and improve his fitness by changing his diet and exercise habits.
