25.01.2022 When my work and photography hobby collide. Will have a few more photos to share later today.

24.01.2022 Dusted the camera off today, check out these cute seal pups that were enjoying the sun. My computer isn’t working so I haven’t sharpened these photos yet. These photos were all land based, it was a bit of a walk but they let you get up nice and close. These were taken at Cape Bridgewater.

21.01.2022 I tried something a little different with my photos today, what do you think of this little set of our native animals? I might have to print these to sell as an A3 set of prints.

19.01.2022 Welcome to Autumn. It’s a great time of year for photography

19.01.2022 I had a call today asking if my photo could be printed on the cover of a soon to be released government publication. It’s not National Geographic Australia lol but it’s a cover page and they found me so it’s still a nice feeling. This was taken at Hattah in Victoria, it’s probably been one of my most popular photos. Goes to show it’s not all about the camera as I took this on my phone because my actual camera was midway through shooting a time lapse lol.

19.01.2022 Probably one of my favourite photos I’ve taken. This was taken 2 years ago at a #canoncollective event.

15.01.2022 Couldn’t resist this photo. Black and white to represent how it used to be vs the mobile phone world we now live in.

12.01.2022 Photos are easy when you travel to beautiful places. How good are the reflections in Tasmania!! Been a while since I shared some proper photos so hopefully these make up for it.

12.01.2022 I’ve hardly picked up the camera for the past 6 months and 2018 was a bit of a slow photography year for me but here’s some of my favourites for the year. Hope to get back in to it in 2019. Have a great new year everyone

11.01.2022 So today I was lucky enough to get a few photos for work. I have never been to a smoking ceremony before and it was good to be apart of it. The traditional owners of the land that we treated today are Gunditjmara.

06.01.2022 Something I got from taking up photography is learning to spot the simple things in life that many people miss. Noticing the light in nature is the biggest thing, I got home tonight stepped out the car and noticed the light reflecting the rain drops on the purple pansy flower. That photo isn't a great photo but it shows what I am talking about. I then walked around my garden for 15 minutes and got a few photos of the simple things that I enjoy looking at. Try it tomorrow, slow down and look for the natural light in the environment.

05.01.2022 Got this one a few months back when I was doing the weekly commute from the Yarra Valley to Portland. This was taken at Tower Hill which is just near Warrnambool.

04.01.2022 What do you do when a photographer needs a photographer? You hire a damn good photographer like Perrie Thomas to capture your special day. Check out these awesome photos from my wedding on the weekend. Highly recommend these guys if you’re looking for a great photographer.

03.01.2022 A few more photos I got last weekend. Thinking of heading to the speedway tomorrow, not sure what the photography access will be like but worth a try I guess.

01.01.2022 Hi All, its been a while since I got the camera out and to be honest I am just not in the photography space at the moment. Hopefully I'll get back in to it soon. Anyway I did submit some photos in a competition and had four of my photos selected. These two are getting printed to line some walls the biggest is roughly 5 x 2.5metres and the other about 2x3 metres. Its the biggest printing that my photos have seen. Enjoy your weekend :)
