22.01.2022 WILL-POWERER OF THE YEAR!!! This one is most certainly well deserved... Sue is our inspiration in and out of the gym! At 76 years of age she keeps us all well & truly on our toes. She always gives 120% to everything she does, lifting weights, spin classes, boxing & anything you throw at her.... she holds the record for our plank challenge.. planking for well over 5 minutes!!!! If you are lucky enough to know this wonderful lady you have been blessed! WELL DONE SUE- AKA THE PLANKER!!!

14.01.2022 Hello Will-Powerers. Sadly we have had to shut the doors of our studio at midday yesterday. But don’t fear Will-Power is still here! As of next Monday we will be bringing you our classes online via zoom! We will be conducting our small group personal training sessions and we will still be bringing you our spin sessions, with our fabulous scenery from all over the world so you definitely won’t feel like you are in lockdown! ...
