23.01.2022 GSBA Championship of Club Championships - Men’s Fours 2019-2020 Congratulations to Peter Cullen, Mark Ritchie, Allen Goldfinch and Finn Bak for narrowly winning this event on Sunday 11th of October, 2020. With the score at 14 all going into the last end, the game was on a knife-edge. Port Elliot was first to have a close bowl next to the jack. Mark Ritchie had just enough room to squeeze in and take the lead away. With the Skips to follow, this lead remained enough and Willunga took the win!

16.01.2022 Taylor Cup Silver Division - Our first match against Morphett Vale was a close affair with the match tied after all rinks had played. To decide on a winner, a three end single is played. Morphett Vale managed to win this. The quality of bowls in all matches was high with ends changing often. Results were as follows: Singles - Steve 25 - 18 Pairs - Clive & David 11 - 14 Triples - Steve, Mark & Andrew 26 - 16 Fours - Jason, Shane, John & Wayne 13 - 14

13.01.2022 We scored our first win in Taylor Bowls Super Challenge this season. Well done team! The match was played at Hawthorn against Happy Valley. Good sportsmanship and a lot of jovial banter made this event a lot of fun. Thanks for the photo Jen Treacy.

04.01.2022 The State Mixed Pairs Semi Finals have kicked off at the McLaren Vale Bowling Club. A little bit of wet weather has treated the players this morning. Grand Final will look to kick off around 1:30pm
02.01.2022 Round three of Taylor Bowls Super Challenge Silver division. Hawthorn proved to be too strong with a win in three out of four rinks. The only team to win were the Fours. Well done to Wayne, Des, Shane and Jason. Willunga hosted this round and for the first time in weeks, it was calm! Perhaps that was our problem. Thanks to the many club members that volunteered their time to help make the night a success.
