But, we will be working a little differently. POOL SHOP ... At this stage we are fortunately able to keep our store open, however we are limiting access to the store down to one customer at a time. We are disinfecting handles and surfaces regularly and ask that you keep 1.5m away from our staff, and pay using paypass/paywave. REGULAR POOL SERVICES/MAINTENANCE 1) Prior to Your Service: We will send you an SMS one day prior notifying you of the day/time we intend to visit 2) Day of Your Service: A second SMS will be sent approximately 30mins prior to our arrival. 3) During Your Service: Exclusive access to your pool area is required while we carry out your service 4) After Your Service: We will disinfect all areas we come into contact with, including your pool equipment, gate latches and door handles. Please Note: If you are feeling unwell or uncomfortable proceeding with your service, please let us know. We understand.
