24.01.2022 When I was at Two Thumbs Koala Sanctuary, Nine news were there doing a story on James and the 3 pilots that died fighting the fires in January, so I thought I’d share it here

23.01.2022 If you’ve been struggling with Monday blues, here’s a little struggle between these adorable Finnish Lapphund puppies to make you smile

21.01.2022 It’s World Photography Day!!!!! I’d love to see your favourite photos, so what is your favourite photo that I’ve taken of/for you??? If I haven’t photographed you yet, why not?

19.01.2022 On the 26th Aug 2020, 4 koalas that were rescued by volunteers during the devastating fires of Jan 2020 had their final vet checks and were released after an extended stay in care. This is Jess, and when she was found she was in such poor condition there were doubts around her ultimate survival. She also had a joey with her (Amelia). She not only survived but she had a surprise for vets, a tiny Joey in her pouch, probably conceived days before the fires hit. More photos of this great day to come... #koala #koalasanctuary #koalasofinstagram #koalarescue #koalabear #australia #australianbushfires #bushfiresaustralia #bushfiresaustralia2020 #aipp #aippphotographer #aippaccreditedphotographer #petstagram #pet #petphotography #wilomarkimagery #animals #animal

16.01.2022 Meet Lew.... he is an adorable standard poodle assistance dog. Today Lew showed exactly why he is so important to Amy, who has Lew for medical issues including supraventricular tachycardia (extremely high resting heart rate). We had a fabulous session and only minutes after saying our goodbyes, Amy came back in with a very attentive Lew, asking if I had a watch with a heart rate monitor (Thankyou iwatch!). We popped my watch on and sure enough, her heart rate was extremely fast and an ambulance was called. The fabulous ambos spent time treating her and then took her off to hospital. I’m waiting to hear how she’s doing but I do have her permission to pop the ambo photo up. Amy you’re an absolute trooper and I hope you feel better soon x

16.01.2022 Isn’t nature amazing! While on a recent farm visit in Bodalla, I found these beads of dew caught in a spider web on a fence wire. The randomness of the pattern of the droplet sizes and the web design kept me staring at this for ages. #olympusomd #olympusmacro60mm #macrophotography #dewdrops #aipp #cleverspider #foggymornings

12.01.2022 OMG I had this gorgeous little bundle in recently. She’s 12 weeks old and an absolute ball of energy!!! I have so many awesome action shots it’s going to be tough to choose my favourites. Lulu decided my butt was a fabulous place to run too and curl up between takes (see video in comments) Massive thanks to Courtney for her assistance in kitten wrangling and BTS footage.

12.01.2022 Hey everyone! I hope you are all safe and slowly starting to get back to normal (whatever that is). I’ve been super slack with updating my business page, I apologise, I’ve been using my iso-time to build a camper van with my hubby so I can solo venture around Australia. I’ll still be based in Canberra and working as normal, but I will also be offering sessions where I come to you (if you don’t live in Canberra). My Canberra studio time will be more limited as I’ll be workin...g in blocks, but once I know what I’m up to I’ll post my availability For now, I have availability IN CANBERRA on the 24th and 30th June, also the 2nd, 3rd, 7th and 9th July. Once these dates are booked, I won’t have availability in Canberra until August (dates to be released soon). Call 62804220 to book your session. If you have an unwell furbaby and would like them photographed urgently, if I am unavailable, I have a wonderful colleague that I can refer all urgent bookings to.

07.01.2022 Here are a couple more images from the shoot I did with the International Fund for Animal Welfare last month. Such incredible work they are doing to support Koala rescue organisations.

06.01.2022 Good morning folks!! I hope everyone is doing well and starting to get back to some semblance of normal after the Covid lockdown. This week was my first week back and what a way to start back!!! I had the honour of photographing two Koala sanctuaries on behalf of the International Fund for Animal Welfare (IFAW), who have helped rebuild them after Two Thumbs was decimated by the terrible fires in January. The work being done to help rehabilitate our native animals is incredible and it was a very long but rewarding day. Many of these animals have been found by a dog named Bear, specifically trained to find live koalas. You can find out more at https://www.ifaw.org//koala-habitat-protection-with-detect A special thanks to James and Karen for the amazing work you do and to Josey and Bec from IFAW for supporting their incredible efforts.

04.01.2022 Happy International Black Dog day!! Black dogs can be difficult to photograph, so show me your black beauties in the comments for a chance to win a PAWtrait session with me to really make your best mate shine

03.01.2022 Congratulations to the winners!!

02.01.2022 Gemma came for a visit last week to celebrate her 2nd birthday. Such a gorgeous girl! Happy Birthday sweetness
