25.01.2022 How heavenly was the rain yesterday! I’m sitting here on top of the chook house, watching the sun set and Nicko ploughing up the olive paddock (thanks for the loan of the tractor Grandpa!) It’s been a long time since this soil has had enough moisture to work over, so it’s just a gorgeous sight! We are so sorry we have had no olive oil to share (now for 2 years), so we are crossing our fingers for an olive harvest in 2020! In lieu of olive oil, I have been busy making some new goodies for a school fete this weekend. I have made a few extras (for anyone looking for a Christmas gift). I haven’t put them on our website, so just text me if you’re interested. By the way, la secheresse is a romantic French word for a not so romantic reality - it literally means the drought. Here’s to the next glorious rainfall! xx

03.01.2022 Wilson Family Olives honoured to win the Bronze Medal at the 13th Australian Golden Olive Awards with it's 2012 vintage, olive d'or EVOO. Judge's comments: "Fresh fruity citrus with a hint of floral aromas, mild balanced oil with olive fruit flavours".
