19.01.2022 2020 has been a challenging year for everyone, making it even more important for us all to stay connected and be willing to support those around us. You don’t have to be an expert to keep the conversation going when someone says they’re not OK. By knowing what to say you can help someone feel supported and access appropriate help long before they’re in crisis, which can make a really positive difference to their life. 19.01.2022 TEAM TUESDAY Chris Bowden, Partner Which team(s) are you a part of at WRG?... Commercial and Property (Sunshine Coast office). How long have you been at WRG? 2007 - 2013 and then 2015 - present. Best part of your job? Interacting daily with fantastic and interesting clients and working with my brilliant team. 17.01.2022 TEAM TUESDAY Lindsey Taylor, Quality Assurance Manager Which team(s) are you a part of at WRG?... Reception and Administration How long have you been at WRG? Just over 17 years. Best part of your job? No two days are the same, which is both challenging and exciting. We are constantly looking for ways to improve our service, procedures and practices and this means adapting quickly to the changing times whilst continuing to maintain a high standard of quality services for our clients. We have a fantastic team at WRG and the friendships that I’ve made over the years are ones that I truly cherish and am grateful for. What's your favourite place of all the places you've travelled? I fell in love with Singapore many years ago and would love to go back with my family - once we’re able to travel again!

15.01.2022 TEAM TUESDAY David Patton, Partner Which team(s) are you a part of at WRG?... Property and Commercial How long have you been at WRG? Almost 23 years. Best part of your job? It’s hard to pick just one because there are so many good things about working at w/r/g including the fantastic group of people here. Through my work I come in contact with such a wide range of people and I have made plenty of life-long friends from that contact. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is when clients realise that we have been striving to do our best for them and when clients send their friends and family our way to assist them with their legal work. What was the best concert you ever attended? That’s tough because I’ve been to some rippers. The first Big Day out on the Gold Coast featured Nirvana, Violent Femmes and Rat Cat. I was a huge Femmes fan and Smells Like Teen Spirit was still in the charts so that went off. The Big Day Out a couple of years later really cranked up and the line-up was absolutely killer The Ramones, Smashing Pumpkins, Soundgarden, Bjork, the Breeders, TISM, You Am I... I was there with a heap of friends, we hit it hard all day and the music was outrageously good so, yep, the Big Day Out 1994 takes the prize.

The best part of my job would have to be getting to work with a wonderful group of people every single day! I also love getting to meet and interact with a diverse range of people. What movie can you rewatch over and over again? A movie I could rewatch over and over again is Home Alone.
