19.01.2022 Wilso’s Custom Designs has been busy over the last month with the Co-Owner/Head Body Man/Spray Painter making the move from Sunny Queensland to Victoria. Update on both the WCD VK Commodore and TF Gemini Shop Show Cars are still continue to be built behind close doors. In other news we would also like to take this opportunity to announce that we will be starting on a couple of new vehicles in the coming weeks, all we can say is: one is an American Classic from the 60’s and b...elong to someone who we consider as a WCD family member. The other vehicle, which we are currently looking to purchase and do what we do best to it....... Now if we happen to make the purchase, this maybe your chance to own a already built WCD vehicle, as we may consider selling it once completed. We will keep you posted on this vehicle. The WCD’s Shop Show Cars and the new addition of that 60’s American classic will not be reveal until their completion. #wilsoscustomdesigns #mhtluxuryalloys #metallicart #hazelwoodengineering

12.01.2022 Hey all, sorry this page has been neglected for the past month due to being away, so I would like to give you all some insight into one of the Wilso’s Custom Designs Vehicles. TF Holden Gemini 1983, owned by Pete Wilson of Wilso’s Custom Designs (WCD). As the car stand today: Its running the factory cream colour and standard interior. Modifications include a Flare kit and front lower air-dam spoiler by Resin Doggs and a VH/VK reverse cowl bonnet scoop, the Gemini is running o...n superlow King spring while rolling on 18x8’s MC Racing FR Simmons style wheels, the Gemini is also running a G161 4speed manual gearbox and standard diff with standard brakes. Future Works: The Gemini soon will be running a Fuel Injected 4ZE1 2.6 Isuzu Engine with forged piston, mild camshaft and 1500cc Bosch Injectors, the fuel injection system will be kept under control by a Wolf V4 Engine Control Unit (ECU). The engine will be supported by Plenum Intake with a 75mm throttle body, a 2876R Turbo with HKS Blow Off Valve, Boost Controller and intercooler, this leading to a 3 dump pipe and 3 custom made exhaust with the aim of 250-300rwhp. Keeping the Gemini moving will be a MUA 5speed manual gearbox and a heavy duty clutch, all leading to a fulling built Gemini Spool Diff, 28Spline Diff with shorten VN Commodore axles. Stopping this Gemini will be Commodore VT vented and slotted front disc brakes and Rear brakes, this will upgrade the stud pattern to 5x120 this being the Commodore stud pattern. The Gemini will run on a custom suspension to give the Gemini a more aggressive stance, the car will be rolling on 17x8’s VT SS Commodore wheels as a everyday wheel and MHT Luxury Alloys 18x8’s Custom wheel when being shown. The paint will be a Custom paint scheme, which will be painted in house at WCD, with the Wheel arch Flare kit and Front lower Air-Dam spoiler will remain with some modifications to them, however the Bonnet Scoop will be changed to a more practical off center left side Forward facing Hornet type scoop to give the engine more airflow and late addition of VE front Guard Flutes. Now onto the Interior, this will consist of a Full Custom made Auto-meter Gauge Cluster, with Monster Tacho and Shift Light running a Custom Billet Steering Wheel and Gear Knob. The Seats are from a Suzuki GTI, whIch is a Race Seats type seat allowing for the 5 point Race Harness Seat Beat setup, and Rear Seat will be reshaped to match the fronts. The Gemini will also have a Rear Half Roll Cage and Custom Door Cards to carry the theme of the Steering Wheel and Gear Knob throughout the Gemini. All the design of the Gemini and work has been and will be carried out by Wilso’s Custom Designs, which is a Custom and Restoration Car Shop own by Pete and Paul Wilson, which these brother have built some Radical Street and Award Winning Show Cars.

12.01.2022 Happy Wednesday all. So what better day than to start helping hints. So if you have some helping hints add them up on the page, this can be building/painting/whatever or if you like the meme stuff add it up. I reckon we start with a meme.

11.01.2022 Hey all, it has been a while since we have posted something or given an update on the current builds at Wilso’s Custom Designs. The pencil has been hitting the paper in the design department as the WCD Gemini will be looking a bit different, as well as designing and drawing someone’s pride and joy. Here at WCD we are currently building a new shed to gain some much need space, as you can see we have almost filled it already. With all the car shows happening at this time of year in Victoria, keep an eye out for our team members wearing the Wilso’s Custom Designs T-Shirt, we would like to meet you all. Stay Safe

06.01.2022 The WCD Vk Commodore is coming along slowly

06.01.2022 Hi all, here is a sneak peak of the new shop project car here at Wilso’s Custom Designs. This car is a VK Commodore, which we will be doing some modifications to the body and a few other things to give it that WCD touch. We would like to hear your thoughts on a paint colour for this VK, as due to the Show Cars we are currently building for our promotion cars this being the other VK Commodore and Gemini this VK will not be staying. So this could be your chance to grab a vehicle Designed and Built by Wilso’s Custom Design in the coming months. Please comment on this post and tell us your thoughts on what colour you would like to see this
