These products are available by the metric ton, 20 kg bag or 500g retail bag. They are available as a flour or kibble if ordering over the metric ton. They are naturally gluten free* (*harvested on shared equipment but tested GF), have 2.5 times as much protein as other flours and up to 5 times as much fibre as rice flour ! And all grown in the Wimmera/Malle...e ! I have a small number of samples for sale a $8 per 500g bag or 3 for $20 .
