Mix only till combined and knead no more than 5 times Use cutter with a clean press and lift action... Lift scones to baking tray with a knife balancing only by touching top Place touching side by side Serve hot with butter or jam and cream INGREDIENTS 3 1/2 CUPS SELF RAISING FLOUR 1 CUP THICKENED CREAM 1 CUP WIMMERS LEMONADE Instructions Preheat oven to 200C (180C fan). Line tray with baking paper. 1. Combine the flour, cream and lemonade in a bowl. Combine without over mixing . 2. Turn out onto a floured surface, and knead gently no more than 5 times to combine to 2.5cm thick 3. Cut into rounds 4. Use a knife or similar to scoop up (avoid touching sides) and place on tray
