20.01.2022 After having dug to a depth of 10 feet last year, British scientists found traces of copper wire dating back 200 years and came to the conclusion that their ancestors already had a telephone network more than 150 years ago. Not to be outdone by the Brits, in the weeks that followed, an American archaeologist dug to a depth of 20 feet, and shortly after, a story published in the New York Times:"American archaeologists, finding traces of 250-year-old copper wire, have conclud...ed that their ancestors already had an advanced high-tech communications network 50 years earlier than the British". One week later, the states Dept of Minerals and Energy in Western Australia, reported the following: "After digging as deep as 30 feet in Western Australias Pilbara region, Jack Lucknow, a self-taught archaeologist, reported that he found absolutely nothing all." Jack has therefore concluded that 250 years ago, Australia had already gone wireless." Just makes you bloody proud to be Australian, doesnt it ?????

09.01.2022 Our customers are reporting positive feedback after hiring our Bagela winch. The 10 tonne capacity trailer mounted winch was hired for a major pipe bursting project to pull new water pipes through existing old and damaged pipes in the Cleveland area. The Bagela winch was put to work as the customers existing winch wasnt up to the task and it provided them with a cost effective and efficient solution. The customer was very pleased with the Bagelas performance.

08.01.2022 Our range of industrial winches has increased after taking delivery of two 7 tonne air winches. The advantages of air powered winches are many and varied. They are capable of providing great lifting and pulling power, without the hazard of a burned out motor. Plus they are ideal for tensioning applications and are also suitable in situations requiring precise load spotting abilities. Air powered winches have the advantage of being able to perform in all types of environme...nts involving extreme heat, cold, dust, wet, and explosive surroundings. They also have an unlimited duty cycle. These 7 tonne air winches were successfully hired at Phosphate Hill Mine, on the Dead Horse Gully in north-west Queensland. Its situated roughly 1,460km west-northwest of Brisbane. Phosphate Hill Mine sits at an elevation of approximately 256m above sea level and is one of Queenslands westernmost mines. See more
