16.01.2022 N E W B E G I N N I N G S We, (Jessica & Juliette Ashby) are excited to share that we finally have a permanent home on Green Lanes, Winchmore Hill for Cloud9 W...ellness Hub! - As well as our brunch events we will also be running weekly wellness classes, starting with Mindful Movement Meditation on Wednesday 8th August 19:30-21:00 and every week thereafter - The idea behind C9WH is to provide a space where the local community can come and find some peace and tranquility either before/after work, after the school run, on a lunch break, on a day off/weekend, or at a time that suits. We have lots of ideas and are open to yours too, so please let us know your thoughts, and keep checking in with us here and on our website www.cloud9wellnesshub.com as we add more classes and exciting events at our new premises. - We look forward to welcoming you to our hub . . . . . #cloud9wellnesshub #greenlanes #northlondon #enfield #winchmorehill #n21 #enfieldwellness #ashbysisters #jessicaashby #julietteashby See more

04.01.2022 *****10 Years at No. 10***** Today, I celebrate 10 years at No. 10 Harley Street. I started as a psychotherapist a bit before this, and set up in Harley Street ...on the 1st of September, 2008. I am very proud to be there. As some of you know, I went to university for just over 17 years - in two stretches (1992-2002; 2006-2013) - and began my working life as a teacher in 2001/2. My father worked at No. 80 Harley Street, from 1971 until he died in 2008. The whole family has fond memories of going there to visit Dad; we also knew the local area very well. It is just around the corner from the Royal Society of Medicine - where I am a fellow and member of council fo the Hypnosis Section - and there is a range of shops and famous buildings all around. As many people know, I have two practices - one in Harley Street and the other in Enfield. I enjoy working in Harley Street just as much as being at home. The secretaries and all the staff are efficient and lovely to work with, and I smile every time I go in. I have treated a number of clients over the years and I have had had many successes. I am so pleased for them. It is so rewarding working with people and helping them move on in their lives. I have learnt to give and to understand other people - their motivations, passions and what makes them happy and sad. This is the key to psychotherapy - more than all the theories. My approach is integrative, independent and caring. And the essential ingredient is rapport. Thank you to everyone who has helped me along the way. Thank you to the fellows at the Royal Society of Medicine. I should also like to say thank you to my late father, my brother, mother and cousin. In addition, I should also like to say a big thank you to the following for their support and encouragement: Steven Tucker, Mike Mirfield, Hong, Suki, Vanessa, Michelle B, Gerrard Burnett, Peter Moule, Jane Boissiere, Geoff Callow, the late Assen Alladin, Leon Gevertz, Les Brann, Peter Mellett, Jacky Owens, Mike Heap, Neil Austin, Grahame Smith, Paul Barnes Day, Paul Lynn, Howard Cowley and John Grover. 10 Harley Street 10 10 Harley Street ()
