First opened its doors in 1986 and has quit...e recently (December 2014) opened a new multi-million dollar facility at Crestmead. Brezac Constructions co-director Peter Brezac told the Jimboomba Times that it was not a hard decision to build the new facility in Logan. We did look further afield but Logan is where this business started and where it will stay. All but one of our 19 employees live in Logan and most are within five kilometres of our new home, he said. Makes 30... * 4 cups (480g) desiccated coconut * 400g/14oz condensed milk * Zest of 1 lemon * 100g/3.5oz red glace cherries, finely chopped Preheat oven 180C/360F. Place coconut, condensed milk and zest in a bowl and mix well. Add cherries and stir until the pink of the cherries runs through the mixture.
