18.01.2022 We've had many messages from customers over the weekend requesting windows cleaned before Christmas... sorry but the diary is now full with only a little over a week to go, We do have a cancellation list and will contact everyone on the list if we have spaces become available. We're still happy to visit and quote and book in for January. One potential customer that contacted has been let down by another window cleaner not once but twice... highly unprofessional! ... The same 'company' offer $100 specials but then raise the price because the house is bigger than she thought... this is why we visit and quote to ensure you know what you will pay on the day. $100 to clean the windows inside, outside, remove and clean the fly screens and thoroughly wash the tracks is way too cheap... you get what you pay for or let down! Anyone that has sent a message asking for the price of a "standard 4x2" will know we will only give a price by viewing the property. We run a very professional business... from the enquiry...to the quote...to the confirmation... the night before reminder...the arrival on time... and a thorough superior clean using professional equipment... we even removethe fly screens!...our loyal customers will certainly vouch for that. 14.01.2022 Another busy week working for our great customers... old and new but all just as valuable to us. We've cleaned solar panels pool glass, balcony glass, 2 storey's, vacates and more!! We've also had some great reviews, thank you. At Windows Extra we try to make the chore of having your windows cleaned as easy as possible... we're quick to reply to initial enquiries to always being on time for the quote and following up with the confirmation the night before we're due to clean.... We're thorough in our work ensuring tracks are washed and cleaned and all glass is detailed and smear free before we leave. All we ask is that your blinds or sheers are completely open, belongings are moved from windows and pets are safe and secure. We do the rest!! 12.01.2022 **********New or Potential Customers********* We get daily messages and enquiries from potential customers enquiring on the price of a 'standard 4x2' or 'standard 5x2' etc, sometimes just asking for a price with no details at all. The simple answer there is no standard 4x2 or 5x2 as many properties and homes differ so much so the only way to give a true accurate quote is to physically visit your home or if we are sent the original house drawings or photographs of every eleva...tion of your house. At Windows Extra we pride ourselves on being professional and want to ensure we give a great level of service and that starts with the initial quote... we don't have flashy price lists with bronze silver and gold packages... we just make sure that the customer is quoted accordingly to their needs. So as long as you're at home we're happy to come and meet with you and calculate your quote... it only takes 10 minutes and you know you're being quoted for YOUR property.
