23.01.2022 You know how we said we had something big to share with you? ... Well, here we go!!!! As Steiner said, everything in life happens in 7 years cycles and so it is very fitting that after 7 years it is time for our family to say goodbye to Windows on the Bay and to Mordialloc. It has been a pleasure and an absolute privilege to be involved with such an iconic location and we look forward to hopefully seeing you for one last visit before we close the door on our last servi...ce on Saturday 28th of October. A wonderful opportunity has been presented to us in another amazing part of Victoria and so it is time to move away from the beach at Mordialloc and take on a new challenge in the Goldfields & Spa Region. We are very excited to be part of bringing back to life one of the original hotels in historic Clunes where the gold rush began. We can't wait to bring some of what we love about food experiences to The Griffin at Clunes and we absolutely love that some of our wonderful team will be coming along to bring to life this gorgeous old building.
